Experience
While my studies have focused on international issues, my teaching focus on American government, politics, and social issues have allowed me to develop an American Government course that exposes students to a very personal understanding of government, politics and society. This knowledge, combined with a deep passion for teaching, has enabled me to continually hone my skills as an educator to better benefit each and every student. I love teaching and learning, and tutoring is a great opportunity to help students individually. I know what it's like to learn something new and challenging (or old and challenging), and I want to help students rise above the challenges and excel. The way to do this is to discover the magic of the subject, and that may be different for each person. My job is to help students find their interest within the subject, and let that lead them to understanding.
